    Following a degree in Civil Engineering at University College Cork and 3 years in Construction in France and the Middle East, John spent 4 years with US management consultants IMPAC, specialising in process, productivity, general management systems and change management. This was followed by 5 years with Heckett-Multiserv in London with responsibilities for French speaking operations in Europe. Then there was a further 5 years with IMPAC culminating in the position of Business Manager for Europe, before returning to Ireland and setting up Business Coaching in 2000. Email John

    Mike Forrester graduated from Oxford University in 1988 with an honours degree in Anthropology. He then spent 14 years with productivity consultants IMPAC, mostly in the UK. Mike subsequently joined offshoot STAR of Belgium where he spent 4 years in the role of Training Manager before joining Business Coaching. Email Mike

  • CLARE FAUGHEY

    Clare has an EDI Diploma in Education Practice ICT Skills and has a string of IT application qualifications. She has worked in a variety of IT support roles in Boston, San Jose and Dublin, including user support, network systems administration, applications administration and more recently as a business analyst. With 15 years of experience she is a consummate IT skills trainer and IT support consultant.

  • DAVID HEANEY

    David took English and History at University College Dublin and has had a varied career mostly in business development but also in MD roles. A good part of this long career was in the automotive industry with Chrysler, where he was initially part of the graduate cadre involved in all aspects of the industry from product concept to "after-market" parts and service support, rising to National Accounts Manager for the UK and Africa. After Chrysler he was Group Sales & Marketing Director at Aicher Products and then MD at DRG Sellotape before joining the world of management consulting. David has a wealth of knowledge into which we tap on a regular basis. Email David

    CELSA / Mastère ICG – Après sept ans comme DRH dans la construction en Arabie Saoudite et trois années comme Responsable du recrutement chez SCOA il rejoint le cabinet américain IMPAC, spécialisé en profitabilité où il assume les  rôles de chefs de projets Europe  pendant 5 années , puis de responsable de la formation Europe pendant quatre années.
    Créateur et gérant de la SARL MANtal il dirige aujourd’hui un cabinet spécialisé en conduite du changement et conduite de projet, avec une constante sur le management et la performance.
